I’d imagine they’re mostly physically disabled people trying to get control of their limbs or access to the freedom this type of tech is promising. As abhorrent as all of the testing behind this tech is, if I were a quadrapalegic or something similar, I would volunteer because wtf else have I got going for me?
As a long time Windows user, my SSD just shat itself last week. MS has been pissing me off with the constant “upgrade to Windows 11” messages that I’ve finally taken steps to change over to Linux. My experience has been as follows:
I raise you SHARP
As someone who grew up playing control decks in trading card games online… So many death threats from actual adults lmao… That being said, thanks to that now I don’t even see anyone who throws death threats, or wishes harm on people online as human beings. Has been great for disconnecting emotionally from overly aggressive people online as an adult now.
My VPN says I do
Not homosexual, but have noticed that all of my friends in same sex relationships have gotten together via apps. This is in Australia though, so the culture may be quite different from the US.
And I’m here contemplating upgrading to 32 GB…
Aight time to try and learn Linux for the 10th time and see if someone without strong console knowledge can use one now.
Dragons Dogma 2
But I tell you what, the world, exploration and gameplay they’ve put together, it’s all A+.
There’s quite a few ways actually:
If none of the above has worked, this is no longer an issue about whether you want to pay for the product or not, it’s a supplier problem.
I always try to buy my music first, digital only though. I don’t have space for CDs or the like. If the option is not available (not common), the tricorn goes on. And normally I would go through any loophole I can find to get it legally. But damn, the Japanese really don’t like doing business with foreigners.
Just a heads up to everyone, quitting Spotify and buying / “procuring” your own music and playing it via a music player makes reading this quite cathartic. Do it for the moral superiority and self esteem boost for no effort you come to the internet for anyways.
…people use wakestones? I’ve been saving aggressively and loading the last save …
Looks like Hasbro / Wizards (is there a distinction?) trying to control the narrative while Larian has been straight taking a dump on them since almost the initial release of the game.
I’ve come to a point where I don’t even pirate AAA, just buy indie or anything made by Fromsoft and any team that still presents any semblance of passion for their work.
Monster Hunter World. Spectacular game and seems to be having a second wind right now is player base.
It is actually dark patterns. The number of times I’ve saved a file and thought I’d lost it only to find it in OneDrive is infuriating.
From Wikipedia:
Cantor’s original budget was $12,000 (equivalent to $14,834 in 2022), provided by Maker Studios. When the production team continued “having more good ideas that we wanted to bring to fruition” like the aerialists and LaBeouf himself, Cantor provided the remaining $8,000 (equivalent to $9,889 in 2022).
