More devices need to come with Linux out of the box. It should be possible to buy a device with Linux at your local Walmart.

Even if packages weren’t broken, the fact that they make it easy to use the AUR is problematic because the AUR expects the latest packages from the Arch Repos. Often, AUR packages will break on Manjaro for that reason.

Are you using the AUR? The package will probably just get orphaned or the upstream will change to a duplicate repo. I don’t see Yuzu or Citra going anywhere considering they are open source.

Everyone is arguing about how they should fuel their cars, but I just want to see more electric powered transit.
No one is forcing you to use another app store. I’m sure the operating system will also allow you to turn off apps from unknown sources just like Android. More options for other people is not a bad thing. People paid for the device, they should be able to use it however they wish.
I noticed that the computer was magnetic and played with magnets around it. The hard drive was totally wiped. Now my parents could have reinstalled the operating system but they just got a new computer instead.
