Yeah, up until about 2 weeks ago I was still using a Pixel 4. It was 5 years old but never felt slow at all.

I do woodworking as a hobby. It doesn’t make money unless you invest in a full workshop and scale up production to the point where it would basically be a second job. Often the material costs alone are as much as it would cost to buy a completed item.

I’d still recommend it as a creative outlet though. There’s something satisfying about seeing that coffee table in the lounge and thinking “yeah I made that!”

It’s a common colour here in the UK too which is terrible because it’s basically invisible in the frequent rain we get here. People will drive down the motorway in heavy spray and not put their lights on just because it’s daylight and don’t realise that they are really hard to spot.

No one is stopping them from forming their own state on their own land. In fact most of the world supports it. But they choose not to because they want the entire land that Israel is on despite not having the rights or the means to obtain it.

It’s impossible to remove the state of Israel without evicting / killing it’s Jewish population. They are surrounded by entire states that base their culture on wanting to kill as many Jews as possible. You’re right that the idea has come from the mind boggling number of options in vehicles these days. The company I worked for recently had over a million different combinations, and making more physical parts standard fit saves them money.

However that saving is not passed on to the customer. The company pockets it all, and makes more money on top with the subscriptions.

I only played the two “new” ones. They were both good, fairly interesting, but not amazing. It’s hard to say, but it just felt like something was missing from them. Maybe it was a lack of things to do between missions beyond finding my way into a few random apartments for no real reason?

Out of the two human revolution was a bit better but there wasn’t much between them.
