Hillary Clinton should shut her fucking mouth and disappear into retirement. No one needs to hear her opinion on anything

Hillary Clinton fought like hell to get nominated against Trump and then shat the bed in the general election. She is as responsible as anyone for the orange pall cast over our country the last 8 years.

    • She made some mistakes that absolutely cost her tye election, and cemented the paradoxical blue collar support for a party that wants to make things worse for them in particular. It was a catastrophic misstep by an intelligent and experienced politician, and to this day, I don’t understand it. Hubris was always a problem for her, all the way back to the primaries, so maybe it was hubris that was responsible.

Yes, the Right already hated her, and she always had an uphill fight because of her sex. But it was still her fight to lose, and she threw it.

Still, she is a smart person, and capable of learning from her mistakes, and has had a few more years under her political belt, so discounting her just because of one disasterous loss might be its own kind of mistake.

Why would you validate that bad faith argument like that? It’s not like he’s running against someone young and dynamic.

Funny how the other drug using, confused, deranged, pants shitter, old guy who couldn’t ever ride a bike gets a free pass.

Why does she think she even has legitimate advice to give? Despite being this big figure in the Democratic party she’s literally never won a single election except for when she was very briefly a senator I guess. And that was clearly because of her husband being the president. I feel like her entire post presidency experience has just been writing on her husband’s coattails in exchange for overlooking her husband’s affairs.

What does she have to offer?

It fucking drives me nuts–it would be a legitimate issue traditionally, except the other guy is just as old and shows much worse signs of mental decline…this isn’t an issue, and when media or right-wing pushes it, dems should always pivot and hammer Trump’s lack of mental acuity and point out how he is much worse than Biden. It won’t change minds but at least it isn’t giving credence to the false equivalency bullshit being pushed by the right.

The guy who beat orange man should definitely take advice from the woman who didn’t… Just like how I should take legal advice from my buddies sovereign citizen brother.

This is the best summary I could come up with:

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said that while she thinks President Biden’s age, which is a growing topic of concern among voters, is a “legitimate issue,” she advised him to “lean in” to his years of experience.

According to a recent NBC News poll, Biden’s age and health are serious issues of concern for voters.

Seventy-six percent of respondents had major or moderate concerns when asked if Biden, 81, has the mental and physical acuity to be the country’s top leader.

At a press conference Thursday evening, Biden angrily defended himself after special counsel Robert Hur, who investigated his retention of classified documents at his Delaware home and former vice president’s office, released his report, which painted the president as a “sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”

Clinton argued that while Biden’s age is an issue, voters should consider “what’s at stake in the election,” as he prepares for a potential rematch against Trump, the likely GOP nominee.

“I’m for Joe Biden for reelection on the merits because I think he’s done a really good job as president,” Clinton said.
