It always means “stuff I don’t personally like for either a religious or hateful reason and you can’t convince me otherwise” and it’s just a boogeyman of stories and ideas that never actually happen irl but somehow get quoted and shared around as if it were a real thing and then uninformed people get scared and vote for strong daddy man.

0·10 天前Okay my next big idea is the bodega van. Instead of an ice cream truck for kids it’s a convenience store for adults in the suburbs. It’s 6:47pm and you’re out of milk, tissues, and you forgot to buy broccoli for your dinner. Oh shit it’s the bodega van music. Brb, gotta walk down the block instead of spend 20m in a car, parking lot, store, line, back. As long as the margins are less than doordash it’s worth using.

Trumps ego NEEDS the optics for himself to be strong, so he makes an issue where there is none to control the narrative and pressure other presidents. Like a bully calling someone smelly and fat in the lunch room. It’s not about this country or that country, he doesn’t care about anyone not named Trump. He wants publicly, other leaders to kiss his ring so he can make the stone cold steve austin X motion and say “suck it!” to anyone else.
OH also crashing the economy is good for billionaires who can absorb the hit without changing their lifestyle at all and just buy infrastructure and government works to privatize.
Why do we pay taxes anymore? Wasn’t that the whole reason for the tea party, people paid for what, no say or benefit?
We pay taxes for public roads, firefighters, police, military, parks, etc. If they aren’t going to be used as a pool of resources to focus into infrastructure for the country then it’s a crime to pay into thin air that just gives elon even more money.

The truth is that the south has perfected the art of double speak and gets away with saying horrid dog whistles for 40+ years and then blushes and puts their finger on their chin and goes “whoooo, meeee?” when it’s called out for what it is in plain English. “I wouldn’t feel responsible if anything happened to Fauchi” while simultaneously calling him evil the devil wicked china virus and then removing a security detail. But because Trump didn’t explicitly say “I hope harm comes to Fauchi and you should get him” it doesn’t count. It’s bullshit and everyone knows it.
One political party has played by the rules while the other rewrites their language and erodes their purpose and claims that party 1 doesn’t play by the rules enough. Moving goalposts.
Democrats will always fight over the rules while Republicans are busy changing the game and watching everyone catch up too late.

Pasteurized milk goes through a process where you filter out unwanted microbes or unsafe mutations before bottling the milk. It’s like boiling water before drinking vs drinking from a puddle.
I always knew I’d never see a dime of my social security and federal tax payments I’ve paid into my whole working life. I’m coming up on 40 and have been through several “once in a lifetime” financial crashes/resets, endless war in the middle east, etc and now fat orange is simply stealing the budget and never paying it back. You will never see that money, it’s gone now. It’s going into elons next business venture aka buying America from you without asking.
If you make it so nobody can retire anymore, then you’ll be faced with 2 choices… Die at home crying not being able to afford care or medical aid or die fighting nazis.
They want child labor to fill the gap in factories and service industries now that they are kicking out the browns and gays. This is so stupid, evil, short sighted, and vindictive.

0·19 天前I’m pretty sure all these tech companies want to research glasses so much because it’s the last real estate before reading your thoughts with a wifi hat. If it can track eye movements, pupil dilation, hear you, etc then it basically knows everything about you as a human commodity. Cell phones have tracking and browsing data but glasses offer your mind to advertising. Knowing what you look at, who you talk with, how you browse, what you delete before retyping a message, your bank pin, anything that you can see.
I’d rather have a Bluetooth earpiece with AI/google assistant/alexa thst does stuff when I want it. What’s the weather in 4 hours? Do I have anything in my calendar today? Where is the nearest gas station? I don’t want a chess winning butt plug that tracks my bowel movements and sells me toilet paper.
Trumps agenda seems to be literally undo anything that made the USA a functioning country. Anything remotely positive, undo.

Blood letting basically. You get all the good and bad out, but your body doesn’t replace the plastic. So you’re down X amount of blood internally but when you regenerate it via your bone marrow it’s now your own body and not half human half barbie doll.
I’m no doctor so I can’t delve any further but that’s my basic understanding of the way it would maybe work. Like having a bucket of dirty water with a hole in it. Sure some good water gets out but a lot of dirt does too. Then it rains (replenishing lost blood) and dirt doesn’t fall back into the bucket.
