The reason the image is different using the same text prompt is because it randomly generates a seed for each time it runs. Presumably the copyright would include all the settings, including the seed. All of that kept the same will produce the same image, every time.

This isn’t strictly true. Even with the same beam pattern, LEDs will inherently have more glare. This is due to a combination of the physics of how LEDs project light in a more directed beam than more uniform halogens, and because they produce a cooler light that our brains interpret as brighter even at the same intensity as a warmer light. But yeah, the height issue has been a problem for a long time, even before LEDs were in use, LEDs have simply exasperated the problem there. And while mismounting them will lead to issues, upgrades are still a relatively small portion of headlights compared to factory ones.

I mean, if you’re going to attempt to kill with a bite, I’d assume they’re going for the neck or other particularly vulnerable place. I’d argue commoner bite attacks should have very low chance to hit, but could plausibly be lethal. Most places they get a good bite won’t be able to do any damage, except maybe cause a Con save for disease… I’d say an improvised attack with Disadvantage for 1d6 damage probably works pretty well.

Sapient, not sentient. Sci-fi has co-opted the word, but sentient basically means able to feel emotions. There are plenty of sentient species right here at home. Sapient is the word sci-fi usually wants, there are no known sapient species aside from humans. Though some may argue that a couple other animals may qualify, it’s a very fuzzy concept that is hard to identify with a being unable to communicate abstract concepts.

If it slowed down it would get closer, not further. The truth is, any orbit is only stable given a specific timeframe. The longer that timeframe, the less likely any given orbit is to remain. The moon has just a little bit more speed than the Earth can hold onto, so it is in an extremely slow escape, and always has been.

Gift is by far the most commonly used word that is comparable, and it is a very close comparison, it makes sense people would base it off that. I’m a soft g person myself, but the one letter change doesn’t hold up very well here. All your examples have an additional letter specifically to change how another letter is pronounced using well established rules. That is not the case here at all.

IMHO, there has to be more incentive for the player. That’s a thing you can do, in Arkham, but it’s a thing you’re supposed to do in DMC. There’s the combo tracker pushing you, lot’s of flashy moves designed to help push the combo, and some moves that aren’t as good but exist to look cool while rotating through moves. It’s a matter of intent, not just if it is possible.

Yeah, a subgenre emerged woth a set of identifiable attributes. Some of those attributes have been dropped from the definition, but there still isn’t a better term for a game where you start the run in a generally weak state and quickly power up with only one life (with maybe extras from items) Sure, we could come up with a snappy name for the genre/mechanic, but why when we already have a perfectly serviceable one?
