When I start Firefox (Or Librewolf) they start lagging a lot in start but with time they start responding smoothly (in like 3to5 minutes).What could be problem? How to fix that?

Try a different profile instead. Type
about:profilesinto the URL bar and hit enter. In there, you can create a fresh profile and launch it. Like as I am typing this after 30 minutes of browsing it is smooth but first 3 minutes feels like really slow on any gecko browser.

Yup, ungoogled chromium is just fine. Thats why I think it is some issue and not hardware problem.
If so, I think it’d be cool if you filed a bug report, if possible.

Ah, I am sorry for being rude, thank you for being blunt with the truth and giving me a reality check.
You could try Menu -> Help -> Troubleshoot Mode. That will restart Firefox without extensions and such - if the problem then disappears, it’s probably caused by one of them.
I don’t know what Librewolf default config uses, but Firefox has a lot of telemetry enabled by default. Maybe Librewolf has all of this enabled, too, and some of the pingback servers are slow?

I used to have an issue like that and mine went away when I upgraded my PC from an elderly HDD to an SSD.
As others have said, it sounds like a slow disk. Can you share more information?
I have 128GB SSD and my system is installed on it. 2 gb ram and core2duo (It was working fine on it). Issue is on all gecko browsers and not on any other.
