I blocked BGP ASN codes for facebook, threads, google on my home router. I have no issues with my internet, my block count for them are in the 10k’s. they have fingers in all sorts. they are literally spyware apps and services, not welcomed in my home or on my mobile. use very similar blocklist on my mobile with custom dns blocklist.
