Norway’s representative office to the Palestinian Authority stated on Saturday that it will continue to support the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), despite false Israeli allegations that its staff was involved in Operation Al-Aqsa Flood on October 7.
More accurate title: “Palestinian Authority office in Norway continues to support UNRWA despite it’s members allegedly participating in October 7th attack”
The allegations are widely believed and cannot accurately be called “false Israeli allegations”.
They are allegations because none of it has been proven. Israel has made the allegations and it has been accepted as fact by a few (but not all) of Israel’s allies in Western Europe and Oceania.

I agree that this source is problematic, but this particular article appears to be factual.
