How do British non-binary people please each other? They stroke them.
Fuck off
No joke has ever been improved by explaining it straight after but that’s a little bit harsh
“a bit harsh”, transphobic jokes don’t belong, period… so the OP can fuhk right oft
Please explain to me how this is transphobic. Transphobia is described as a dislike and or strong prejudice against transgender people. I do not see that here. If anyone is transphobic, it’s you for bringing it up. You are the one seeing this negatively. You are the transphobe.
Nonbinary is an umbrella term that includes trans, the joke is both calling out nonbinary people, associating them with violence, and then making fun of the use of slash-marks in a fallacy of a joke in which they suggest that only nonbinary people use them… it’s a bad joke and it was made in bad taste, the OP is a bigot and can fuck off
I think you are making a lot of assumptions. You are the one associating all these things negatively. If I were you, I’d stop being offended for other people.
Well, it sounds like I am the “other people”, and I am offended, so you can go fuck off as well
You being offended is not my problem. Get over it. There are much more important things in life to be offended about. This isn’t one of them.
I heard of removing a plank from one’s eye but in this case it seems to be a huge stick that needs to be surgicallly removed from your ass.
I dislike these types of puns because they only make sense in one direction.
Here’s an example of a good pun because it makes sense in both directions:
I meant to look for my missing watch, but I could never find the time.
- They couldn’t make time.
- They couldn’t locate the watch.
I dislike these types of puns because they only make sense in one direction.
False. This pun goes in both “directions” (not sure what you mean by that, using your definition):
-
“They slash them” with slash as a verb refers to slashing someone, therefore hurting them. That answers the question “How do non-binary people hurt each other?”.
-
They slash them (they/them, “slash” is how “/” is pronounced out loud) refers to gender neutral pronouns, often used by non-binary people.
-
Whoever thought that a dadjoke would lead to me blocking an idiot?
Maybe your dad joke wasn’t any good
What did the non-binary prospector say?
“There’s gold in them/their hills!”
