Nonbinary is an umbrella term that includes trans, the joke is both calling out nonbinary people, associating them with violence, and then making fun of the use of slash-marks in a fallacy of a joke in which they suggest that only nonbinary people use them… it’s a bad joke and it was made in bad taste, the OP is a bigot and can fuck off
