Maybe this ages like milk but… The side that expects to win doesn’t destroy ballots. It seems very likely to me that this was a Trumper and they all know, in their heart of hearts, Trump has a ceiling of 47pts and will never have broad enough support to win the ec again.

They also know dems are more likely to vote early. I guarantee these vote boxes don’t get torched in deeply red counties.
