I’ll never get why so many people see a need to peel potatoes, carrots, cucumbers etc. You’re cutting away the healthiest and most delicious part!

That’s a myth though. Most of the nutrients are in the potato flesh.

I always peel potatos and then later fry the peels up with butter and spices, then mix it into stampot or stir-fry or curry later.
This is the second time recently I’ve seen that! I really need to give it a try
