Definitely concerning when a story like this lacks solid proof, especially when it’s been repeated so often in the public eye. If Harris did work at McDonald’s, there should be some kind of evidence—employment records, a former coworker, something.
Politicians can sometimes craft narratives that fit their image, whether or not they’re rooted in reality.
But having said that, shit like this can be hard to prove and I don’t really care if she lied about working at McDonalds or not. It could have been some other McJob and she may be confused.
