The other day I posted a news article about the Green Party, and holy crap! That shit storm was crazy. People are NOT happy that there are even other options out there.
If there’s at least one thing the two major parties agree on, is that they don’t wanna take a chance and losing their strangle hold on American politics by giving any 3rd party a chance. lol
But thank you for your support and saying that. I’m not going anywhere. Even if the Dems and Repubs are really really mad about it. :)

From here. There are people in this sub going into every single community I started and downvoting eery single post. Not just green party posts. I mean, posts that discussed the importance of Special Education teachers. Posts that discussed a 90 year old woman finally graduation from college, etc.
And if you are wondering how I would know they are being brigade, let me give you an example. I had on community with just 3 subscribers. yeah, just 3. One of my posts, had over 40 downvotes.
I’ve also had posts, in my communities with NOT subscribers, be downvoted immediately after posting. And I have gotten messages from at least 2 people in this sub, who have said they “follow” me around on Lemmy to “just keep an eye” on me.
both have been reported to admin.
And what did I do to get that attention? I mentioned that I’m voting for the Green Party.
so yes, I am being brigade for the reason you suggested: people don’t agree with me.
I’m pro-union, pro-education. And my mods supporting and advocating for that are getting massive downvotes, even tho I don’t have any subscribers in them! lololol
The sub is for people who support the Green Party. But people who do not support the Green Party are showing up and downvoting everything positive (and upvoting everything negative). That’s what I mean by a brigade.

That’s called participation. If you post rubbish, people will vote accordingly as you can see in this thread. If you only want people who agree with you then by all means, keep moaning and deleting posts in your sub.
“The Green Party”, except you have put stuff from the unrelated England and Wales Green Party (which I support from time to time).
Firstly, I haven’t put anything there, because I just learnt about the sub now. Secondly, the side bar says it’s for green parties around the world (but primarily focused on the Green Party USA).
