minus-squarekescusay@lemmy.worldlinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up0·4 months agoHuh. Just the other day, Trump claimed in a speech that he took a bullet for democracy. I wonder which democracy he was talking about?
minus-squareEasternLettuce@lemm.eelinkfedilinkarrow-up0·4 months agoWhy would you listen to anything trump says?
minus-squarekescusay@lemmy.worldlinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up0·4 months agoMissed the point. I’m saying conservative “we’re not a democracy, we’re a republic” bullshit is inconsistent.
minus-squareStaySquared@lemmy.worldlinkfedilinkarrow-up0·4 months agoNo one voted for Harris. She was just… selected. Without a single vote. Democrats… spouting Democracy. fkin lol.

You appear to be conservative, so here is the best online course I could find to teach you about the U.S. Constitution: America’s Written Constitution by Yale University on Coursera: Covers themes like popular sovereignty, separation of powers, federalism, and rights. Taught by Professor Akhil Reed Amar. Includes videos, readings, and quizzes. Let me know when you’ve completed it and we can have a real big boy conversation ;)

What’s funny?
