Conservatives saying they can do something doesn’t make it true. Grow a fucking spine and stop preemptively surrendering to them.

You think the state rules aren’t real, or you think that the conservatives won’t use the courts to fuck with the process? have you been paying attention to the supreme court?

son you gotta get off them drugs if that’s your line of thought.

we gotta stop everything, right now, somehow find a candidate everyone can re-align behind, and we gotta get them on the ballot of 50 states - some of which have already had their deadlines expired, AND, we gotta do it in a way that the republithugs won’t tie up in the courts that keep making enormous decisions in favor of conservative policies?

Why can’t we just vote for Harris?

Grow a fucking spine and stop preemptively surrendering to them.

I have a spine, not dumping Biden/Harris is standing up to conservatives. Why don’t you huff some fucking reality and stop acting like a child having a tantrum? Whining coward.

There are no rules preventing Democrats from changing their nominee. The Heritage Foundation is full of shit and you’re agreeing with them because you like their position (keep Biden).

There aren’t rules against changing a nominee. There are rules about being on state ballots for the presidential election, and those rules vary from state to state.

Just because you were not aware of that does not make it untrue.

Hilarious projection. You’re so bent on Biden you’re disregarding reality. Get fucked lol, you really think the conservatives WON’T fuck with any last minute changes?

Not just the herihate junta but the rest of the konservative kakocracy - you think they’ll be like “gee whiz let’s let 'em have this one”

you silly ass. you must be even dumber than I first imagined.

One time the switch happened because the popular candidate was assassinated.

One time it was partially because of, and partially the cause of the Civil War. (Contest only resolved after Southern delegates walked out)

One time it was because neither candidate could get the support of the KKK. No that’s not a joke.

And another time it was because of the civil rights act. The guy who ended up causing the contest really, really hated it.

In every single case, the party that had a contested convention lost the election. Generally by a pretty wide margin.
