The lawsuit itself appears to be real, not fake.

I assume MFBR was supposed to be MFBC, and you can see their summary of why they assessed the Guardian that way Here
We’ve probably already seen the major stuff from the house committees investigation. If this does anything, it will only make it a little more fresh
So uh I take it we aren’t talking about this Dio here?
Regarding flight: where to? Of similar “democracies” Europe and Canada have similarly troubling trends. Scandinavia? Australia? SE Asia? Are they any better, really?
Link was paywalled for me and I could not make sense of the posted excerpt.
Tldr the measure bundles citizenship language (change from “all” citizens to “only” citizens can vote) and a RCV ban - among other things - into one constitutional amendment.

Just because I was curious: I counted 23 R, 22 D, 1 I. That might be off by one or two but I was surprised (well maybe not really) how evenly split it was
I’m not seeing “cash for clunkers” types of arguments here - I’ve always seen EV adoption as more about market share of new cars rather than share of the entire fleet.
Of course the former leads to the latter, eventually.
I don’t know what you mean by this.
Unless you’re under the impression that the judge is part of the DOJ?
Or you think the DOJ shouldn’t be prosecuting this case against menendez?
I’m in his district, I’ll see what I can do
Fair. When I read “no one actually wants to use nukes” I think “no nuclear power’s public geopolitical doctrine involves a nuclear first strike.” But individuals will not necessarily toe that line.
Speak for yourself
Yeah.
I fear that my original comment might be misconstrued so I just want to make it (probably annoyingly) explicit:
FWIW I fully believe Trump did this and worse, but that’s just me
