Once again, observe that the witless “bully” feels the need to travel In a pack, or have minor henchmen to back it up. This is because the “bully” lacks the confidence to misbehave on its own, and needs the social reinforcement of lackeys to overcome its fear of failure, or its belief that it is inadequate.
