Ironically this is how I feel about Arch, for me it’s worked flawlessly for years.
I don’t bother getting in ‘discussions’ about using it, because if other people have problems I’m not going to convince them that I don’t.

But you can roll it in glitter
Signal isn’t owned and run by Meta though is it.
What can you do when this happens… Asking for a friend…
Very straightforward.
Blockchains aren’t hard, unreliable or expensive
This is Nintendo’s point, making use of the prod keys goes against the DMCA
In general, pick big well supported distros.
Smaller more specific distros like Nebara may sound good, but if there are issues, you will have to wait a long time for a small team to fix them, or work it out yourself.
All standard distros can be used for gaming, you may need to find a way to pull in the latest kernel/drivers/packages if you want thr most optimises experience though.
It is a unmodified Arch install that has a prepackaged setup, so you get a running desktop very easily and get the full.power and configurability of Arch
How much have you played the game?
It’s in a very good state, even with the bug you describe which is very low priority and I haven’t even noticed myself, the majority of people play online.
They have made a game that is objectively better than D4 in some areas, I think that’s pretty good for a small studio and saying they are incompetent and thoughtless just sounds like back seat driving to me.
That is bonkers, glad you got it sorted
Very weird, and I assume the in game controls are setup normally?
Also do you have any other software that could interfere with the controls? Any other game launchers open even?
Have you tried restarting the machine and starting from scratch?
You would want to check what the trigger is set to.
How does this controller work in other games, any issues?
Also you could try loading in another template to pre configure the controller
I second The Expanse series as the other poster said, I started reading with these books when I had time to read during travel. I love the story and characters and the bookies have a really nice cadence to them with regular chapters breaking up the story, helping you feel the progress.
Another series I recommend is the Silo trilogy, Wool, Shift, & Dust. They’ve also just started a TV series on the first book
Could just as well use workspaces
I recently got Demon’s Souls up and running on my Steam Deck, it ran so well and I got totally absorbed in it playing it once through with the Blueblood sword.
This got me in the mood for more Souls-likes, so I just finished off The Surge 2.
It’s a better game than the first, more interesting combat, but suffers from similar issues to the first in long travel times, sometimes confusing level design and sometimes the combat can be frustrating.
Nobody ever mentions Gen X in these articles/posts, I wonder why?
Yeah totally, I think to use Arch successfully you need an opinion about what your system needs, and that takes experience with using Linux.
Installation is pretty trivial these days with the install script
