I’m not sure, it seems to be a chinese reseller with a lack of privacy. Reddit has some opinions if you search for taptap review.
There’s a good chance the answer is probably no.
The funny thing is that they do have a legitimate app for Apple, but then again, China owns Apple. But I still find that interesting.
