I’m playing ghost of tsushima pc right now. It works on wine, but you’ll need to turn off upscaling. you also will want to install vkd3d because it doesnt seem to support dx11 or earlier. The graphics do look pretty minced sometimes and I encountered an issue where nothing showed up at all(i turned off upscaling to fix). It should be noted im using a pirated copy cause there is no GOG release.

Bugs: -blur/depth of field effects looks awful -grass looks bad at certain angles -not too good framerate(i am using the minimum recommended gpu however)

Why aren’t you using Proton or Wine-GE which has everything set up for gaming?

Everyone is saying it runs flawlessly on Proton, even on Steam Deck.

Not wanting to run steam is fair, but they asked about proton, not steam.

Anyway, from a quick Google, it sounds like it likely wasn’t proton complaining about a lack of SM6.6 support, but actually GoT itself. It’s up to the translation layer (in the case of proton, DXVK I believe) to report what DX features it supports, and it sounds like it was telling the game it didn’t support SM6.6 for whatever reason. Might just be a matter of playing with some of the launch params.
