Nothing much to say about the biscuit bit. Maybe use the half frozen log trick for a neater result? The icecream part makes way more than necessary and the chips tend to skink. Not awful but even Boyo thinks the sugar is excessive. Coat in 80% bitter for crunch & flavour correction?
About a fiver. You’ll also need 1 egg, a smidge of butter, and a mug of milk. I now need to find a use for the other hall of this milk because apparently the tiny cartons don’t exist anymore.

Good job 👍 nice review. These things feel so wrong, uncanny like. Definitely worth a crack though. How much did it cost?
