So I know the easy answer is from steam/gog/epic or what ever else but I can’t imagine all game repackers are doing this for financial or ethical reasons.
I do remembered one group in matrix telling me about a Russian site that uploads touched games but can’t remember the name.

From the scene? They are repacking scene releases?
some might but most avoid scene releases when they can and instead follow crack instructions or patch steam drm
Dodi and fitgirl both use scene releases as their base. Even says so with their releases. I’d assume they likely have top site access or they have a connection to someone who does. Same is true for the repackers on the private sites I use.
