Not to condone what he did, but there is a clear distinction between being attracted to a 13 year old girl, and being attracted to an actual prepubescent girl, you know, the latter being the kind actual pedophiles prey upon.

I have looked into this, he is certainly not a serial pedophile or rapist by any stretch. The single account that seems credible does not feel that she herself is a victim. The only other person with an account that paints him as any sort of predator is basically regarded as not credible, from what I’ve read. Any accusation will make a celebrity problematic to a certain extent of course, but I don’t feel that bad about enjoying his music given the nature of the accusations. As contrasted by basically every time I hear a Michael Jackson song at this point.

She may not feel like a victim but if she was underage then it shouldn’t make him less guilty. I’m unfamiliar with the case you’re referring to.
