    Oh, for fuck’s sake…

Biden will be the nominee. Fucking get over it. The constant, desperate attempts to paint him as too old are getting downright gross. Yes, I wish we had a younger and better candidate, but it will be Biden, and nothing anyone says will change that.

    Move on.

OP is absolutely desperate for it not to be Biden and I think they hope that if they post enough articles about how Biden is unfit for office, their wish will come true.

It won’t. The only way that Biden is not the nominee is if he bows out. I wish he would, but he’s not going to

I’m resigned to the fact that because the Dems failed to produce enough actually electable candidates (or even one,)… we might wind up with a second term for Trump. its going to be too close to call.

I think OP could care less who the Democratic nominee is, they’re absolutely desperate for Democrats not to vote for them so Trump wins the election. This is a textbook concern troll.

Honestly then Democrats win, because Trump is running. Even if he’s not eligible he will whine and moan and a considerable segment will write him in or protest or not vote in protest.

The article went into that as well. The Republicans will end up more committed to Trump, because their rules bind Trump’s delegates to vote for him on the first ballot, no matter what. If he is still in the race, they will vote for him. And is there really any chance at all that he will withdraw, even if he gets convicted? Nothing short of death will keep him from becoming the Republican nominee.

This seems profoundly unlikely based on the SCOTUS reception to the idea.

I think our only solution to this Constitutional crisis is political or repaired by a sudden chance medical condition.

Odds are 50/50-ish on who has the medical issue though.
