Be me get falsly accused tried and convicted cuz I own a PC and foss ai image gen software and can’t afford more than a public defender 15 years it is on a plea bargain -> see how just upping the punishment winds up with negligible roi and ends up with innocent people going away for a long time to provide the us government with slave labor? I think just upping the penalty is a terrible solution becky Also how would one know they own deepfakes and not just regular porn that’s not enforceable at all
