Ok what are the vague ass memes? Are you saying cuz he won the election popular and popular vote and this time is THE reason this isn’t claiming fruad but really the system was always just? Or are they saying they aren’t claiming fruad this time because they succeed in having a fraudulent election?

I really can’t tell if I’m taking crazy pills anymore.

I wish. Actually I’ve seen some bitching turning the drop in democratic votes as “clear evidence” of 2020 cheating. That and conspiracy theories because Biden has been incredibly sharper after the debate (as in it was a conspiracy to take him out). It’s hard to fight to not live in a bubble but holy crap the trumpettes and russian bots are very annoying.

There’s a part of me that thinks, if the right can do it, why can’t we? If it takes an order of magnitude more effort to clear up falsified statements then why are we taking up all of our resources on representing the truth? Why can’t we just start saying “they’ve started deporting American citizens in Miami back to Cuba?” or “The mafia is intimidating election workers to stuff ballots in XYZ county?” or “the government has been gutted so much that Social Security checks are not coming out in time. Old people in Arizona are getting kicked out into the streets and dying of heatstroke.”

But then the Ego side of my brain smacks the Id side and says, “You dunce, that’s how we become current-day Russia”

Well, personally, I do have my suspicions about ES&S, but I have not seen if there is a big delta between exit polls and voting…

Does he live in central Mass? That’s the only thing I can think, right-wing bubble that they are.

I once drove through Charlton in 2020 and I think I saw more Trump signs there than trees.

But I don’t know how anyone can work even remotely close to Boston and believe there’s some sort of silent majority of Trump supporters in this state. Your coworker sounds like someone who eats soup with a fork.

Sounds like my hometown in Northern Virginia next to DC. There is quite a contrast between where I’m from and the rest of Virginia. I won’t be surprised if NoVa becomes its own mini-state soon once they get tired of red Virginia’s shit.

On the main traffic artery running North to South, interstate 95, there used to be a giant-ass Confederate flag a couple years ago next to the highway being flown by some dude who had property there. Stood for years, sorta marking the point where you were entering no man’s land just south of the town of Stafford.

I went to high school in Manassas and there was an interesting blend. Like you had yor ignorant, racist, seemingly country assholes, but their parents work in DC for the government and make 300k a year. The older generation seemed more liberal or old school “fiscal” Republican, but my generation seemed was full of the pampered edgelord and entitled frat bros that eat up trumps garbage.

The problem with Virginia is Hampton Roads. For some reason military personnel support Trump because he is the Republican candidate. Because socialism, wokeism, whatever. I know how stupid that is considering military life is almost communism and is setup to be pretty egalitarian. Plus all of the shit Trump has said about the military.

Firstly, Hampton roads isn’t a city it’s seven separate cities. Secondly, most of the military does not support Trump. Pretty much everyone based in NAS Oceana or NB Norfolk is Navy or Marines and sailors tend to be more likely to swing a certain way.

They’ll still claim voter fraud on the last election.

The problem is they might do it in 2026 and because they think we did it already, it’s okay that they do it.

It’s so, so hard to blame the other side of things that they blame us for doing. That’s why they say those things… so they can get away with it. Projection.

Good news though, tRump will get worse dimensia than Reagan soon.

    Sigh.
