I initially read this as a toy ragdoll, and your aunt bringing the toy doll and a comb and silently demanding people to comb the hair on the doll.
I read it as the aunt carrying the comb and asking for a brush
I read it as an ant with a comb and three giraffes in a hot tub.
Obviously the toy ragdoll brings the brush to guests & demands brushies.
