He doesn’t even know if he’s on the spectrum because, at least as far as we know, he hasn’t been evaluated. He just decided he has autism because he thinks it lets him get away with doing atrocious shit. As if autism made you an asshole.

Funny thing about that, I once did some investigation on the page he reposted it from, and they seem to be very against self-diagnosis, and put a great emphasis on the suffering of autistic people.

I mean its an interesting subject so why not? The whole “what would the tribe think” thing is definitely real. But where they went wrong is thinking that this is a bad thing. Its literally the only reason humanity has survived so long. Without some sort of consensus there is no cooperation and no tribe.

The issue of “bruteforceability” stems from the fact that too many people are terminally online. In fact Musk is the prime example of someone that has fallen victim to this.

The stories and information posted here are artistic works of fiction and falsehood. Only a fool would take anything posted here as fact.

He retweeted it from a page. Be noted those are both very right wing and very gatekeepy about autism (if they’re really autistic and not just some weirdo claiming to be such).

This is the Overton Window, the window of acceptable topics for public discourse, and it’s unrelated to testosterone (I know, surprising /s).

A misaligned Overton Window (like a slow response to an impending disaster) is hard to counteract because the experts dealing with the topic may lose their credibility by trying to push against the window.

But I have heard the theory that the evolutionary reason for autism may be to counteract this effect. A small amount of genuine vocal concern could encourage others to speak out and break the tension surrounding the topic.

This vocal concern is not however gonna come from the evershifting lies of the X and 4chan echo chambers.

TLDR; “weak people have to conform to social consensus otherwise they get hurt I guess?”

I, on the other hand, am a big, strong, high T alpha male, that isn’t worried about what anyone thinks! I am a free thinker, and I know my opinions are correct because I instantly based this entire opinion on a subjective, anecdotal view of the world that I then extrapolated meaning out of, the best evidence! /s

Ironic that only a source of “trust me bro, this is how the NPCs work” is all that’s needed for Musk to be like: “Derp my filter says it’s true! This must be true because it’s on 4chan, no sources or further thoughts needed…”

“Well, back to my compound, security guards, and lobbyists that protect me from the majority!”

I hope someone simply linked a wiki definition of the word oligarchy, because that would literally be what this is. One in-group that practices democracy amongst themselves but excludes the rest from political power.
