    The big question is who could beat Trump in the general election. This will likely be influenced by who the running-mate is.

    Gavin Newsom is probably the best bet for the Presidential spot. Who would be the best VP pick for him?

    Bernie perhaps?

    People might not vote for Bernie for President due to his age and eccentricity, but I could see his enthusiasm and support from the far left energizing the base as VP pick.

      There’s 0 way they’d ever do Bernie but dear god the LETS FUCKING GO energy he’d bring from young people and lefties

        As long as that translates to actual votes. Bernie gets so much attention online - and to be clear I think he’s great - but it didn’t translate to sufficient primary votes in 2016 or 2020. There were a ton of people who said they were Bernie fans but didn’t show up for him.

        That said, I’m sure he’s done.
