They changed my background (previously there was a default blue window), placed an icon in the bottom corner of the screen that read “Learn more about this photo”, and re-added the search bar that I had previously removed.
Fortunately, I don’t have to deal with this on a daily basis.
The post was made in bad faith. It’s just part of the anti-windows pro-linux circlejerk that Lemmy has. I’ve blocked all the linux communities because they are just echo chambers for this bullshit, but occasionally one of these troglodytes decides they want to talk their bullshit in an unrelated community, and I still have to see it.

If you use voyager you can filter keywords. I recommend filtering „elon“, „musk“, „tesla“, „spacex“… makes for a much more enjoyable experience.
And don’t forget to filter „xitter“ as that is probably also recommended.
