Yo,

I just got a “come join us on Discord”-Popup inviting Sync users to join the community for Sync for Lemmy on Discord.

Two questions:

  1. Why and
  2. Why?

I don’t want the join another Sync community when I have this one right here AND I especially do not want to join a community on Discord.

It just seems a bit tine deaf?

LJ, the reason I feel so strongly about this is that I really like Sync! We have an awesome app and we have a good community here. What gives?

    Fuck discord. Walled garden for kids these days. Yes, I’m old, but an open forum, searchable without an account is 1000000000 better than that abomination.
