Donald Trump has appealed his $454 million New York civil fraud judgment, challenging a judge’s finding that he lied about his wealth as he grew the real estate empire that launched him to stardom and the presidency.
But, he didn’t post a bond, so he still owes the court.
They can always argue that a sitting president is above XYZ indictment. Or then use the DOJ as a weapon to enforce their will in court, with the SCOTUS then being the last resort. Once he has the Executive back under control, and the SCOTUS already biased and corrupt, he can go after democrats with the courts like they are and wrestle full control and power away from the people.
