They might not have slept with him.

The last one to make the news rounds he was just a sperm donor. I think that was also at Neuralink.

Even his affairs are artificial inseminations. He and his father believe in the whole “we need to breed back the white race with good stock” and so he’s all about having plenty of kids that he has nothing to do with

I never thought I’d have to ponder the question of whether it is an affair to be a sperm donor if you conceal it from your partner.

It’s definitely not the right thing to do either way.

Probably not. Affairs deal with emotional or sexual relationships. Donating sperm precludes any relationship with the recipient in all but the most personal of situations. I.e. you donate your sperm to a friend.

And in donations you don’t retain parenthood rights I believe. So it’s a question of who gets to control your body and the answer is only you.

It really depends on the situation some couples want the doner more involved like a godfather, or uncle. Some want it illegal for the kid to ever talk to you or meet you even if you someday decide you want to. I know s couple that brokered their situation threw a third party so the doner wouldn’t even know anything about them.

Eugenics in is the garbage heap of history for this kind of thinking. Evolution is never ‘done’ and there are no perfect people, there is no ubermench, no Superman, and no Pinnnacle of human genetics, you could be born cut and discovering new fields of math and science by 8, then die of a congenital heart defect at 26. You can live 110 years fully functional and never develop past the intellectual benchmarks of a 7 year old. There’s no perfect. No one’s genes are ‘good’ or ‘bad’ only more typical or less typical, and typical can be a lot better than less typical in some categories, much worse in others. One of my kids started talking at 6mon. Like full on sentences. She developed very early. So it’s she a genius? She’s very smart, she hits all her benchmarks at school. But no, she’s not moving up in grades or anything, early development isn’t superior development, that’s a big misconception. What you think a perfect human is won’t match what others think. The more you learn about human biology, the more your going to learn that the statics can’t be boiled down to RPG stats. It’s millions of factors and what is good or best is entirely subjective.

Yup. He’s “working” 7 days a week but only doing like an hour or two of actual productive (if it can even be called that…) work. This is how a lot of C-level executives use weasel words to make themselves seem important.

They’ll show up to the office at 8AM, but they’ll say that they started “working” at 6AM because they woke up and had an idea while in the shower. Then they’ll play golf with their friends (“business associates”) in the morning and say they’re working. Then they’ll go to lunch with their affair partner (“potential client”) on their way back from golf, and say they’re working. Then they’ll sit in one meeting in the afternoon, where they don’t even do any actual work but do a lot of talking with a lot of buzzwords to sound important. And finally, they’ll leave the office early and talk online about what a hard worker they are for starting work at 6AM.

The “I work 12 hours a day, 7 days a week” stuff is all just capitalistic “we deserve to get paid more because we work hard to run the companies” propaganda.

I cant even picture how he would have meaningful relationships with the children as they have three different mothers so at least three different households on top of him being CEO of multiple companies. I wonder how often he even sees the kids. Maybe this is the Republican dream of spawning more children but never having to raise or care for any of them outside of maybe an annual trip to Disney Land or some shit.

The same as 99% of other extremely wealthy parents, they don’t. The nannies and tutors raise the kids or in the case of illegitimate kids, the mothers are given hush money or fight and usually receive large child support checks.

This has been the norm since the middle ages or before. Why are so many people shocked and surprised by this?

The fact this has 40 up votes right now makes me feel like lemmy is losing a diverse user base. Like, where are the women to down vote this obviously shitty take?

Let’s list some reasons why these women could have done this that aren’t “women are sluts for clown daddies”:

        • he’s their boss, and leveraging his insane power over them to make it hard to say no and keep their job
        • he’s just an extremely powerful man and they’re afraid of pissing him off
        • they have insecurities, (like the “loser cuck” fallacy!) that they aren’t valuable or desirable as partners, and attention from someone as powerful as him feels like affirmation of their value even if they don’t like him or he treats them badly
        • they understand that, by not resisting his advances, they might be able to provide themselves a link to a financial source that could support them and a child
        • he literally sexually harasses, assaults, or rapes them and they don’t feel like they can criminally pursue one of the richest men in the world

Like, yeah, some of them might be individuals who have bad taste in men or are shitty people themselves. I’m even certain that some of them are! But damn, can we take the perspective of the woman for one second? It’s not a good look to find yourself agreeing with incels on the internet

The main error here is thinking that because some women are motivated by money that we can generalize that to all women. And then use that to justify general misogyny.

There are horrible women and horrible men in the world. Prejudging everyone in a class because some members of the class are horrible is wrong.

There are women who intentionally choose to be a single parent. Like they’re single, they get a sperm donor, have a kid. It’s not some insane thing. Kids should have a supportive and caring environment, whomever raises them. Not every kid with a single caregiver is neglected, nor is every kid with 2 or more caregivers properly cared for.

Humans run the complete gamut from the good to bad, smart to stupid.

There will ALWAYS be some people ( this includes women) willing to do anything for a chance at money or even to just rub elbows with the rich, powerful, famous

Ever heard of groupies? Wilt Chamberlain supposedly slept with 10k women and has how many kids.

But to answer your question absolutely.

Some do, most don’t. A lot fall for powerful men with lots of money, and my guess is that Musk throws out advances on as many women as he is able and playing the odds with and advantage means he will find a lot of the women who desire what he has to offer from money to attention to the experience.

I would bet that out of the dozen at least one did it for the money, at least one was an accident they decided to keep, and at least one did it because they thought he night marry them.

Nothing is universally true for all women exceot for the fact that they are women.

You don’t get spousal support because someone was a sperms donor to you or had a short term affair with you. That’s not how spousal support works.
