I was downvoted when I mentioned some accomplishments to counter their verbal attacks upon me.
It’s pretty dumb to wave around your test score marked “test scores are invalid” to try and convince a bunch of internet strangers that you are smart.
And also to misuse a document marked “for official use only”, for an exam taken four years ago, on a functionally meaningless aptitude test. It serves a purpose for the military and that’s it. And only during intake. You probably wouldn’t get in trouble for sharing this doc out in the grand scheme of things, but the US military is collectively a petty bitch and they can find ways to make life difficult.
I’m not sure why you choose to be so defensive about an Internet argument, OP, but learning to let go can lead you down a much more peaceful psychological road. The stakes were and are nil. The outcome of the argument changes nothing. Take a deep breath, calm down, and move on.
Ummmm. I must be missing context because I have no idea what I’m looking at here.
Looks like a transcript for the ASVAB test which is an aptitude test given by the US Military place new recruits. Think ACT/SAT but for the military. No clue why OP would be showing off these scores.
Perhaps this comment? OP, you insulted their intelligence. That’s probably the cause of the downvotes.
When you take the ASVAB and outscore my 97th percentile, or earn a graduate degree in a STEM field, I might take your insult to heart. As of now, you don’t strike me as very intelligent, or very polite.
Lemme tell you this: If someone insults your intelligence, showing them your test scores doesn’t prove you’re smart. It actually proves the opposite. A smart person would have ignored the insult.
