I want to share a picture or GIF with my friend on Telegram, but I don’t want to do it directly. What can I use?

The battery life is fine as long as you switch it to periodically check for incoming messages. Calls will break but they are already completely unstable so its not a big deal. Just out of curiously, what do you use instead?
